This weekly gathering includes deep breathing and relaxation techniques, followed by a guided meditation facilitated by Sue Shaw.
Meditation assists with anxiety, stress, fatigue and self confidence. It assists us to bring about inner peace, calm and serenity and helps us to find answers from within.
