The Access Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head, storing the electromagnetic components of thoughts, attitudes, decisions, beliefs that you have ever had about anything. Some of these points include, creativity, awareness, form and structure, body, joy and sadness. The purpose of a Bars session is to clear these points of view and invite you and your body to a space of receiving and opening to perhaps what you have thought was not possible.
